In the new building of the apartment hotel in Brno Líšně on Holzova Street, we offer the possibility of luxury accommodation in a total of eight apartments. There are six one-room apartments with kitchenette and two three-room apartments with kitchenette including a spacious outdoor terrace. All apartments are fully furnished with furniture and household equipment. The apartment complex also includes private parking, including garage parking, located in the basement of the apartment hotel with an entrance from the courtyard.

All apartments are equipped with Smart system for smart home control by SIEMENS, controlling air conditioning units for cooling, heating and also window shading with electrically operated front window blinds. Most of the apartments have their own balcony or loggia and offer a nice view of Brno.
